YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Accounting Manager, and part of the Finance Department, you will oversee the accounting operations and statutory reporting of four legal entities, responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely month-end and year-end closings, compliance with tax and statutory requirements, and the preparation of annual financial statements.
You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge of the business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.
Job Responsibilities
Your impact
- Manage the full accounting cycle for 4 companies/legal entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
- Prepare monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial reports for each entity.
- Coordinate and manage the year-end closing process and the preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the general ledger and oversee all journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage tax obligations, ensuring timely and accurate filings in coordination with external advisors when required.
- Act as the main point of contact for tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants.
- Manage inventory accounting and ensure proper valuation and control procedures are in place.
- Oversee e-commerce accounting and related reconciliations where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, local statutory requirements, and corporate procedures.
