Your key responsibilities
We’re building the outbound engine that will define how legal teams adopt AI at scale. As BDR Team Manager, you’ll lead and grow a team of BDRs focused on generating qualified pipeline for Mid‑Market/Enterprise, partnering tightly with AEs, Marketing, and Partnerships to land strategic accounts.
- Own pipeline creation for your segment: targets for meetings held, SQLs, qualified pipeline €, coverage, and conversion rates.
- Lead, coach, and develop BDRs: weekly 1:1s, call coaching, deal/account coaching, skill diagnostics, performance plans; raise the bar on quality, not just activity.
- Build a repeatable outbound system: ICP refinement, messaging frameworks, multi‑threading plays, account plans, sequencing (email/phone/LinkedIn), objection handling, and “next step” discipline.
- Operational excellence: forecasting for pipeline generation, dashboarding, QA of CRM hygiene, and tight feedback loops wit
