Aliaxis is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our Casella (GE) site in Italy. You will drive equipment reliability, plant availability, safety, and performance, while shaping maintenance strategies and modernization programs.
You will manage the maintenance team, budgets, and external partners, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in a dynamic industrial setting. Fluency in Italian and English preferred.
