We are seeking a highly motivated and customer centric Inside Sales Executive in Carugate-Italy to join our Medical EMEA Sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be customer-facing and leading sales of safety and regulatory medical services in assigned territory, which requires basic knowledge of medical regulations, collaboration with internal experts, and a sense of urgency to respond to customer inquiries as well as promoting UL Solutions services.
- Serves as primary point of contact for existing accounts and new clients; responds quickly to client inquiries.
- Educates clients on medical device safety and regulatory requirements and takes ownership throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution; brings in additional technical resources (e.g., subject matter experts) when needed.
- Responsible for understanding specific customer needs, articulating UL Solutions value proposition in client presentations and proposals and managing client interactions to close sales.
- Builds trust and engages with customers to identify their specific needs and pain points (e.g., understanding the basic safety & regulatory requirements surrounding the customers product and the potential pathway to market).
