Your work will contribute to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.A day in the Life:Prepare detailed plan of Sterile departments and VI department operations to ensure flawless execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices.Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.Optimize processes flow to increase departments capacity.Keys to Success:Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives.Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment.EducationBachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Candidates with a technical diploma and significant relevant experience in the role will also be considered.ExperienceExperience in sterile manufacturing and/or planning environments is helpful.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesOutstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes and visual inspection activities.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentAbility to stand for extended periods.Capability to lift up to 25 kg.Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.BenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan premio, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
