Eleventy World is looking for a Sales Assistant to support their Corner at La Rinascente based in Florence, seeking a passionate salesperson with experience in luxury retail.Your role You will be joining our Sales Team inside, you are an exceptionally proactive person, engaged to develop a new clients portfolio and build up knowledge of the existing ones. You are numbers and KPI driven with a great attention to styles and knowledge within the luxury fashion industry. You will be reporting to a Store Management.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Be a propositive and committed force in the development of the portfolio of local clients and the turnaround of the POS.
Implement the commercial animation of the store and participate in the development of the brand’s awareness within the Region.
Ensure Visual Merchandising and stock conditions are always in line with the company standards.




Act as brand ambassador.
Your profile
You know what it means to be of good service to discerning clients and you have a confirmed experience of 1-3 years in the luxury retail business.
You are a dedicated sales professional and you have a knack for building customer loyalty.
You have a good understanding of the luxury market.
You are a flexible team player, direct and communicative; you are a quick learnerand you are able to execute swiftly the tasks at hand.
You are looking to become a driving force of the store’s daily sales.
