Responsibilities
- DSP Algorithm Development: Design, simulation and optimization of digital signal processing algorithms for communication systems using MATLAB/Simulink (filters, modulation/demodulation, synchronization, equalization).
- Statistical Signal Processing: Development and validation of statistical estimation algorithms (e.g., DOA estimation, SNR estimation, spectrum estimation).
- HW/SW Collaboration: Work closely with FPGA and embedded software engineers to define algorithm specifications and interface requirements.
- System Validation & Testing:
Perform system‑level simulations to verify performance against project requirements and identify potential improvements.
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, simulation models and automated testing scripts to support the development process.
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
- Proven experience in MATLAB/Simulink for DSP simulations.
- Strong understanding of digital communication principles (modulation, coding, synchronization, filtering).
- Solid background in statistical signal processing and parameter estimation (e.g., DOA, SNR, PSD).
- Experience in algorithm optimization, verification and validation.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with FPGA and embedded software engineers.

- Experience with Python for simulation automation and testing.
