Project Buyer (f/m/d)Applylocations: Pinerolotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R_ Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world# Responsibilities:• Procurement Operations: Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution with approved vendors. • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support performance and continuous improvement initiatives, from early exploration, to quotation and negotiation phases. • Supply Chain Optimization: Identify and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain. • Inventory Management: Collaborate with SCM to oversee raw material inventory levels and define appropriate replenishment strategies. • Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies. • Data & Documentation Management: Ensure data accuracy and maintain standardized procurement documentation across systems. • Cross-functional Coordination:



Align processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data consistency. # Qualifications:• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.• Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related operational role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.• Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control principles.• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain data accuracy across systems.• Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with different departments in an international environment.• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive negotiations in complex environments.• Systems Affinity: Familiarity with ERP systems
