Utopia Design is looking for a proactive Project Manager to join their Real Estate team in Italy.

The successful candidate will support planning and executing construction projects in tropical environments.

You will coordinate with contractors, manage project scheduling, control budgets, and ensure communication with stakeholders is seamless.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture is required along with at least 3 years of project coordination experience. xysqume

Fluent communication in English and Spanish is essential.
