Hilton Roma is seeking an Account Director in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth by developing, retaining and expanding a portfolio of corporate and MICE clients. You will act as a trusted partner with on-property teams, deliver measurable commercial results and work within the hotel's strategies.
Fluent Italian and English are required. You will analyse market trends, manage existing accounts, source new business, support client events, and report activities to senior management.
