Hilton's Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, seeks a Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales strategy across corporate, MICE, luxury leisure, group, and wholesale segments. You will partner with the Commercial Director and cross-functional teams to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability while upholding luxury standards.
Responsibilities include developing annual sales plans, managing key accounts, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring accurate forecasting.
