STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking a motivated Process Engineer to join the Metal Deposition team in the FEM–AG300 organization.

You will support Engineering and Manufacturing with micro- and nano-fabrication processes for metal thin-film deposition, including PVD, CVD and electroplating. xysqume
You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure process robustness, optimize recipes, troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement in yield and quality.
