Breagh Recruitment is seeking an experienced M&E; Quantity Surveyor for a high-profile data centre project in Milan. You will lead commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages, interfacing with project directors, engineers, and clients to protect profitability and deliver precise reporting.
The role requires 7+ years in QS within construction, with main/M&E; contractor experience and a strong grasp of procurement, valuations, and final accounts.
