We're looking for an Associate Strategy & Insights Manager to help shape and deliver the Neurovascular strategic agenda across EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior commercial leaders, translating strategic priorities and market insights into high-impact initiatives that accelerate business growth.

What You Will Do

You’ll help shape and manage the portfolio of strategic initiatives that brings the Neurovascular EMEA commercial strategy to life.

Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, you’ll bring discipline, transparency and insight to our highest-priority initiatives,



helping to deliver measurable business impact.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Translating strategic priorities into a clear portfolio of initiatives
- Prioritising projects based on business value, capacity and strategic importance
- Managing multiple cross-functional strategic projects simultaneously
- Identifying dependencies, risks and opportunities across initiatives
- Supporting governance, executive reporting and portfolio dashboards
- Applying structured problem-solving approaches to support strategic decision‑making
- Partnering with commercial leaders to develop business cases and strategic analyses
- Conducting market, customer and competitive analyses to generate actionable insights
- Ensuring initiatives remain aligned with the long-term strategic direction of the Neurovascular business
