Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and review key pricing activities, including account-level pricing support, benchmark and rate-change reviews, portfolio monitoring, and identification of emerging trends.
- Lead the recalibration and enhancement of pricing models through robust analysis of claims and exposure data, refining pricing factors and model parameters.
- Review and enhance pricing methodologies used across the business to ensure alignment with best practice, underwriter needs, and commercial objectives.
- Drive improvements to pricing models and processes to increase automation, accuracy and scalability, including transformation from Excel-based tools to robust, AI-powered platforms.
- Deliver regular portfolio reviews and performance insights, liaising with Underwriting and management to agree actions and track outcomes.
