Job Description
- Drive acquisition strategy and integrate the acquired companies
- Build a group's policies and framework to manage expansion and daily activities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and foster growth.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the air treatment division, ensuring end to end project execution
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize performance.
- Lead cross-departmental teams to enhance collaboration and drive results.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and the PE firm.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
The Successful Applicant
A successful General Manager for Air Treatment, holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, brings a strong track record in leading HVAC businesses across industrial, commercial and complex residential projects, combining deep sector expertise with a hands‑on, technical approach.
The role calls for exceptional leadership and business integration capabilities, together with a proven ability to manage complex projects and consistently deliver targeted results.
