Perfetti Van Melle in Lainate, Lombardia, is seeking a GRDQ Gum Base Industrialization & Process Specialist to lead scale‑up of gum base formulations from lab to full production. You will define and optimize process parameters, support plant trials, and drive improvements in robustness, quality and cost.

Collaboration with R&D;, Operations, Engineering and suppliers is essential. Willingness to mobility across global sites is expected.
