This field-based role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering strong commercial performance across a defined geographical territory. As a Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of key accounts, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from new business acquisition to long-term account development and portfolio expansion across the Sinclair Aesthetics portfolio. This role requires a consultative sales approach combined with strong business acumen, relationship-building capabilities, and expertise within the medical aesthetics / injectables sector. You will work closely with clinic owners, healthcare professionals, and senior decision-makers to drive revenue growth,
customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships aligned with Sinclair’s vision and values. The successful candidate will operate at a senior level, influencing commercial outcomes, supporting marketing execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of sales and account strategies. Key Responsibilities Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory. Promote and sell the Sinclair Aesthetics portfolio to clinic/practice owners and qualified clinicians. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer growth and business opportunities.
