We are looking for an experienced and highly autonomous Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our customer experience initiatives. In this role, you will own vertical-specific product scopes, solve complex business and customer problems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful software solutions. In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Set vertical-specific customer experience vision and strategy, while actively contributing to and challenging the broader product strategy.
- Translate Customer Insights: Understand user requirements, gather deep customer insights,



and translate them into actionable product requirements while interacting directly with internal clients.
- Own Roadmap Planning: Prioritize the product feature backlog, plan roadmaps, and manage mid-term product scopes (e.g., 6–12-month initiatives) with high autonomy.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, research, data science, analytics, communications, technical leaders, and support teams to deliver impactful software solutions.
- Manage KPIs & Success Metrics: Define operational and success KPIs, track performance, and link them directly to broader business KPIs and the company's vision and strategy.
- Align Stakeholders: Engage with a diverse set of internal stakeholders and ensure clear, effective communication up to the CL8 level to build strong alignment and support.
