We are looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Technogym equipment, ensuring every customer receives reliable, high-quality service and a seamless experience.
Your Impact
- Execute effective root cause analysis of product issues, identifying proper parts and determining suitable solutions
- Perform on-site jobs in line with customer SLAs
- Achieve field performance targets (TTS, FTFR, JMR3)
- Manage stock of parts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Educate customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
- Properly manage work orders and service reports in accordance with company procedures
