For our headquarters in Rome, we are looking for a Strategy and New Initiatives Specialist.

The role will involve the following activities:
- Support the identification,



evaluation and implementation of investment opportunities linked to business development initiatives, to the entry into new markets and to innovation initiatives
- Support the Top Management in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Produce reports to present to the Top Management the outputs of the strategic initiatives analysis
- Support the strategic planning and market analysis processes, monitoring competitive scenario and market positioning of products/services

Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Business / Economics / Management Engineering
- 2-4 years of work experience in a similar role
- Previous consulting experience strongly requested
- Excellent business modeling, financial and strategic planning
- Excellent analytical skills, and a strong eye for capturing relevant details
- English proficiency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with good networking and
