Primary Purpose

The Senior Security Engineering Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding our technology environment by monitoring and governing security policies in close coordination with Global Security. This role manages the ADUSA Incident Response Plan across all scenarios, ensuring timely follow-up, accountability, and assurance. Acting as the first line of defense, this role tracks threats, investigates incidents with IT and business teams, and ensures IT leadership is promptly engaged in events identified through SOC and SIEM tools.

Our flexible hybrid work schedule includes three in-person days at one of our core locations and two remote days.



Our core office location for this role includes Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL and Quincy, MA.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and Enforce Security Policies: Oversee adherence to IT security policies and controls, partnering with Global Security to ensure enterprise-wide compliance and alignment.
- Manage Incident Response Procedures: Maintain and execute the ADUSA Incident Response Plan across various threat scenarios, including documentation, escalation, and assurance activities.
- Threat Tracking and Investigation: Continuously monitor threat intelligence feeds, analyze alerts from SOC and SIEM systems, and coordinate cross-functional investigations with Group Security, IT, and business stakeholders.
