Job Description:
DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Senior Public Sector Business Analyst to join the DXC AdvisoryX Offering.

Responsibilities
- Lead client interviews to identify business issues and define effective solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of functional and process analysis within assigned Public Sector engagements, from requirements gathering to solution validation.
- Document and design processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.), analyzing and resolving complex process issues.
- Drive impact within the client's organization by developing and transforming their business and IT strategies.
- Design roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments.
- Contribute to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.
- Shape, prepare and deliver client presentations, workshops and proposals.
- Guide and mentor junior/mid-level colleagues on analysis and requirements-gathering activities.
- Coach and support individual clients,



focusing on their personal success.
- Identify risks and assumptions, shaping program governance, and interface directly with stakeholders to monitor alignment with business needs.
- Contribute to defining and optimizing processes and procedures within the Public Sector practice.
- Take part in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the hiring process through interviews assessing analytical and functional competencies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics and Mathematics.
- Experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector)
- Knowledge of EU Cohesion Policies and funding programs (e.g. ERDF/FESR, PNRR, ESF+/FSE+, JTF)
- Familiarity with systems such as REGIS, OpenCoesione, FSC, SIL, and monitoring of strategic programs
- Experience in Data I
