Context and Purpose of the job

Within the A|X Armani Exchange Business Unit, you will join the Men's RTW & Soft Accessories Buying team and will work closely with the Retail Merchandising Manager. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of the buying strategies.

Responsibilities
- Sell-in and sell-out analysis
- Periodic analysis of the sales trends by product category/item/store, preparing the necessary and requested reports
- Stock analysis
- Analyse specific market needs in terms of assortment/trends/positioning
- Support in quantitative buying definition by store and cluster for Europe DMS
- Contribute to the preparation of product training materials to present the buying strategy and collection to store staff
- Store visits to monitor sales trends

Requirements
- Previous experience of 1 year in Retail Buying & Merchandising or similar roles




- Master's Degree (a Degree in Economics will be a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, with a proactive and versatile attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Passion for fashion
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel to different stores across Europe based on business needs

The base salary range for this position is 26.000-27.000 euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
