Product Manager Indulgence

We are looking for a Product Manager, that will be at
the heart of our Indulgence category. Reporting to the Head of Indulgence
Portfolio, you’ll help define and execute category strategies, develop
irresistible indulgence offerings, and ensure our products delight consumers
across the globe.
YOUR
TASKS
- Support the development and optimization of our Indulgence
portfolio
- Collaborate with R&D;, Packaging, and Operations to bring new
SKUs to life
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure
product visibility and availability
- Support promotional planning and execution with measurable impact
- Monitor product performance and lifecycle
- Prepare compelling presentations and reports for internal and
external stakeholders
- Assist in market research and desk analysis to uncover trends and
opportunities
- Manage product data, pricing, and packaging specs with precision
YOUR
PROFILE
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or product
management (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Passion for food, indulgence, and consumer brands
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- A collaborative spirit and results-driven mindset
- Fluency in English and German or Italian

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of 40.000 € (gross annual salary) for this position. The exact classification may be adjusted based on clearly defined, objective criteria such as professional experience, skill level, and the scope of responsibility required.
