? About the role
As a Pizzaiolo, you will work in a professional resort kitchen and be fully responsible for pizza production from start to finish.
This role is for candidates who already have solid experience as a Pizzaiolo and can work independently.
You’ll be part of an international kitchen team and prepare pizzas for hotel guests in a fast-paced, structured environment.
? What you’ll do
- Prepare pizza dough from scratch
- Prepare sauces and ingredients
- Stretch, top and bake pizzas independently
- Work with professional pizza ovens
- Ensure quality, consistency and hygiene standards
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service
- You are expected to manage the pizza station confidently and professionally.

- Seasonal position
- Full-time role (5–6 working days per week)
- Living and working on-site
- EU passport required

Requirements
? Who we’re looking for
- You have previous experience as a Pizzaiolo
- You know the full pizza process: dough, sauce, toppings and baking
- You can work independently and handle busy service times
- You understand kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- You can communicate in English
- You are reliable, organized and passionate about pizza
This role is not suitable for beginners or candidates without hands-on pizza experience.
