About the Role:
The Practice Development Manager (PDM)
will be responsible for selling the minimally invasive product portfolio, onboarding customers effectively and subsequently the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies in clinics.
This role involves the planning and development of new and existing accounts, supporting demand generation activities, implement tactics to increase conversion of appropriate patients and to give the necessary training to clinic staff to facilitate and increase conversion of leads.
Conducting virtual and face-to-face meetings with clinics and maintaining frequent communications with the customers and achieving sales quota results in the assigned territory.
Additionally, the role requires managing the allocation of CoOp spends for the territory, creating tailored sales and marketing plans for each customer, and ensuring funds are used as agreed. The position also supports the onboarding of new clinics
