Chef de Partie (m/f/d)
Gross annual salary ranging from €28,000.00 to €38,000.00 (14 salaries)
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the executive chef and sous chef
- Independently managing an assigned position
- Responsible for preparing and plating dishes
- Planning and organising the work in the respective areas
- Compliance with HACCP standards in all areas of the kitchen
- Helping to design an excit
