Field Clinical Specialist

The Field Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing clinical/technical product support on our products and give training to our and distributor employees. They work closely with the commercial team to support on wet- & dry labs,



presentation, congress participation and supporting on Proctor- & Preceptorships.

They addresses customer needs and expectations and develop close relationships with the Cardiac surgeons in their area of responsibility.

The Field Clinical Specialist becomes a widely-known and trusted brand ambassador for the company and its products.They fully comply with the Code of Ethics and conduct business in a fair and ethical manner. Individuals in this role interpret and enforce company policy, procedures and business practices.

Essential Functions

Global areas of Focus
- Work in close collaboration with the Field Clinical Director on all activities in the country/region.
- Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative product support
- Field-based product training activities
- Information dissemination regarding approved labelled indications for use
- In-depth and up-to-date personal knowledge
