Your Role
We are looking for an energetic International Talent Acquisition Subsidiaries to join our HQ Talent Acquisition Team in Cesena (Italy),
who will work closely with the business leaders in our subsidiaries, to attract and select the best people in the market, to effectively implement the business strategy, and build a great Technogym culture. In this role, you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities for short/long-term opportunities.
Your Impact
- Identify the most effective recruiting channels and manage the overall recruiting process for junior, mid, and senior profiles across several business functions
- Liaise with HR business partners and business leaders in the subsidiaries to gain insight into short/mid/long-term business needs and talent challenges
- Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process
- Define strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelines
