Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is looking for a Project Accountant for Milan office (maternity leave contract).
Responsibilities:
- Checking the vendors invoices in compliance with the purchase orders and VAT rules (Account Payable)
- Preparing the invoices to clients in compliance with the contracts requirements and with the VAT rules (Account Receivable)
- Preparing the general accounting reconciliation
- Supporting for financial statement preparing
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics
- At least one year of experience in the accounting department of an international company taking care of general accounting and billing
- Fluent in Italian and good in English
- Knowledge of Office package
