Italian-Speaking Customer Expert – Luxury Tech Leader
Location: Athens (Piraeus), Greece
Work Model: On-site (Modern, high-tech hub)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Rotating shifts 10:00 – 21:00); occasional weekends

Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about the latest tech? We are looking for Customer Experts to join a dynamic team in Athens, supporting a globally recognized leader in luxury, user-friendly technology. What You'll Do
- Be the Voice of the Brand: Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with their inquiries.
- Support the Journey: Help customers find the right products, guide them through purchases, and resolve post-sales questions (delivery, returns, etc.).
- Grow Your Skills: You'll start in either sales or service support, with the chance to cross-skill after just 30 days, becoming a master of the full customer experience.
- Stay Sharp:
Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on the latest tech launches and updates.

What We're Looking For
- Language: Fluency in Italian (C1) and a good command of English (B2).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with PCs and MS Office. A love for MacOS or iOS is a huge plus
- Communication: A "human" touch—the ability to connect with people and solve problems with empathy.
- Details: Typing speed of 25+ WPM with high accuracy.
