We are looking for Consultants who will support project manager and will join work teams specializing in risk management, operating on consulting projects for Italian and international financial intermediaries.
MAIN TASKS:
- Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring institution's profitability and risk exposure / position




- Analyze the Intermediary’s risk position with techniques of Asset & Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision-making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk)
- Support the Intermediary in Processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology, both Regulatory (ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, Capital Allocation)
- Policies & procedures

TRAINING
- Master's degree in economics/finance, statistics or engineering
- Preferred knowledge of econometrics
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred)
- The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills;
