Pramac, part of the third-largest group worldwide in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the International Manufacturing Engineering Team at its Head Quarter in Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy).

Purpose:




Reporting to the International Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, supporting activities and initiatives aimed at enhancing the industrial performance of the site, in particular by eliminating waste, improving flexibility, labor efficiency, and service levels.

Main Activities:
- Support the success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures, and process documentation, coordinating with the various functions involved.
- Contribute to the plant transformation, technology transfer, and continuous maintenance of value streams.
- Support the implementation of demand-driven production fundamentals and strategies that enhance operational excellence and long-term plans (flexibility, speed, and responsiveness).
