British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Data Intelligence Manager in Trieste

Annual Gross Salary Pay Range: 73.256,80 € - 91.571,00 € under 1SQ CLA level

The Data Intelligence Manager sits within the Growth Data & Intelligence team, as part of the wider Global Consumer Experience function. You will elevate the quality of strategic decisions across the Global Consumer Experience function through AI-driven recommendations that optimise channel performance and consumer experiences.

This role is responsible for leading the team’s analytical and intelligence capabilities. It redefines data from martech tools (via DBS-Digital Business Solutions) and processes it through the enterprise platform (via D&A;).



The role transforms this data into actionable insights and intelligence that directly inform and improve consumer experience growth strategies and the efficiency of distribution channels. The focus is on deep analysis, experimentation, forecasting, and storytelling, used by new AI technologies, to drive evidence-based decision-making across marketing teams.

This role combines deep analytical expertise, AI-powered innovation, and strong cross-functional partnership to generate intelligence that drives consumer growth initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the creation of recurring and ad-hoc analyses: consumer behaviour, funnel performance, channel efficiency, journey optimisation opportunities, market trends, competitive benchmarking.
- Coordinate development and maintenance of advanced models (e.g., churn prediction, LTV forecasting, propensity scoring, recommendation algorithms), employing AI and machine learning techniques.
