Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting & Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting closing activities, and improving accounting processes.

Responsibilities
The role will be in charge for:
- Manage general ledger activities and reconciliations
- Support monthly closings: handling period-end adjustment entries
- Prepare financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Local GAAP / IFRS)
- Support internal and external audits
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field




- 3–6 years of experience in accounting or audit
- Knowledge of Italian and international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Navision, D365)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Board)
- Knowledge of tax regulations
- Background in multinational environments

Annual gross salary ranging from €35,000 to €45,000 depending on the level of seniority.
