Position Snapshot
- Nestlé Purina Italy, Portogruaro Plant (VE)
- Permanent and full-time role

- University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment, preferably in Food/Pharma/FMCG industries.
- Proven experience in project management and technical problem-solving. PMI or similar certification is a plus. Working in Maintenance dep. Is alternatively positively evaluated.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Italian language would be preferred.
- Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Impiegato, 1° Level, Gross Annual Base Salary €50.000,00 + 7% annual premio based on overall company performance.

Position Summary
To support and lead engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency,



and compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Engineer will collaborate cross-functionally to implement technical solutions that improve manufacturing processes and support strategic initiatives.

A Day in the life of a Project Engineer:
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, and maintenance teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with factory capabilities.
• Supplier & Contractor Management: Liaise with external suppliers and contractors for equipment, services, and installations. Manage contracts, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, risk assessments, and progress
