Job Description
Responsible for Instrumentation elements (tagged items and bulk material), quantities for cost and erection works estimates:
- Providing technical input during the project bidding phase including: Specification Reviews, Drawing Reviews, Instrumentation Selection and Request for Quotation
- Defining engineering design basis and guidelines Prepare Instrumentation technical specifications, data sheets,
installation specifications and drawings, BOQs and MTOs
- Preparing the technical documentation for Instrumentation elements material and services requisitions and prepare, according to internal procedures, the technical evaluations
- Optimizing Instrumentation design ensuring minimal cost and complexity in compliance with the contractual and safety requirements
- Supporting site engineering activities during construction and commissioning phases.
Qualifications
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in the same or similar positions.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
- Experience with industrial electrical and automation
- Knowledge of Atex, electrical drawing packages (preferably EPLAN 8)
