OVS Group is seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team in a role focused on loyalty programs across brands, including Stefanel. You will craft multi-channel communications, monitor CRM metrics, and ensure data quality while partnering with store operations and marketing.
The role requires a strong CRM background, Salesforce experience, and an analytical mindset. The position is full-time in Italy with annual salary ranging from 35,000 to 40,000 euros.
