About the RoleSyngenta Biologicals is growing fast - and so is the complexity of supporting our people across a global footprint. We're looking for a C&B; and HR Operations Specialist to join our team and play a hands‑on role across Italy, India, China, Norway, and Colombia.
You'll work at the heart of a business in transformation, contributing to performance cycles, compensation processes, and data analytics. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in the LEM (Legal Entity Merge) - a hands‑on, career-defining experience where you'll directly shape how people processes are built from the ground up in our Biologicals business.
