The role offers balanced exposure to pre-sales activities, direct sales support, and commercial back-office processes, within a dynamic and international environment.





The ideal candidate is a motivated professional keen to grow in business development within financial services, bringing client-facing experience, solid market knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills.

They excel in fast-paced international settings and are committed to delivering high-quality service to demanding clients.

The role offers direct exposure to Italian and international financial markets, hands-on involvement in cross-border fund projects, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial international group.As Business Development Officer, your main responsibilities will be:Sales & Market Intelligence
- Support the identification and qualification of new business opportunities in ItalySales Support
- Assist senior business developers in managing the sales pipelineCommercial Back Office
