and maintaining internal business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Python, .NET, and React technologies.Automating data collection, consolidation, and reporting processes and identifying opportunities for digitalization and operational efficiency improvements.Acting as business owner for digital applications by gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and translating business needs into functional specifications.Leading and coordinating application development, executing functional and UAT testing, and exploring AI-assisted development, Generative AI tools, and modern software practices to accelerating innovation and solution delivery.Qualifications for the Role:Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Engineering or related fields.Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, digitalization projects, or business application development.Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, inclu
