The new state‑of‑the‑art facility will have automated packaging lines, a modern warehouse, sampling facilities, a QC laboratory, and expansion capacity to ship.
This role will help launch the new Taste, Texture & Health plant, where talent and technology come together to shape the future of food innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate process commissioning and start‑up activities; support and supervise plant validation and qualification studies in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations, ensuring all systems and equipment are installed and operating according to design specifications.Monitor process performance and KPIs (OEE, scrap rates, yields, performance)
and implement improvements to achieve operational targets for quality, efficiency, and sustainability.Identify continuous improvement opportunities (Lean manufacturing) and oversee their implementation.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, maintenance, quality, SHE) to identify and resolve issues that arise during production, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations.Create, update and approve P&ID;’s, mass and energy balances, and process technical specifications, and participate in PSAs, HAZOPs and Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA).Perform all work in alignment with SHE, Quality behaviours and standards and the dsm‑firmenich Code of Conduct.BenefitsA culture that prioritises safety and well‑being.Opportunity to be part of a pioneering team and contribute to the successful start‑up of a new, state‑of‑the‑art plant.Growth that keeps up with you – you join an industry leader that will develop your expertise and leadersh
