Reporting to the Manager, Global Sales Systems - International, this role is responsible for Salesforce administration, user support, data maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and documentation. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, process improvements, and business initiatives while serving as a Tier I support resource and managing user requests through a structured case management process.Location:
Ideally within commuting distance of our Piacenza or Runcorn offices.Pay Transparency: dependent on experience in relation to the position, the salary would be between 50,000 - 58,000 per annumEssential Functions:Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce.com users, promoting adoption and best practices across the business.Perform routine CRM administration and data maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Manage account, contact, opportunity, and lead updates, including imports, merges, and hierarchy changes.Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of Salesforce enhancements and new functionality.Assist with user requests, issue resolution, and other Salesforce or business application support activities.Collaborate and cross-train with team members to support broader business processes and applications.Skills Requirements:2+ years of hands-on Salesforce e
