This is an exciting international opportunity for an experienced sales performance, business development or sales enablement professional to play a key role in implementing our Go-to-Market strategy across our European markets.
As our Group Existing Customer Growth Lead,
you'll work directly with selected Account Management and Key Account Management teams, spending focused periods in each market to build momentum, strengthen sales disciplines and accelerate performance.
This is not a role conducted from behind a desk. You'll be visible in our branches, alongside our teams and out in the field with customers. You'll combine CRM insight, performance data and real-world observation to understand what is driving results - and provide practical, real-time coaching that helps teams improve.
Reporting to the Group Existing Customer Growth Director, this highly visible role offers frequent European travel and the opportunity to make a measurable impact across an international business.
