TECEZE is seeking an experienced EUC Support / Field IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end users, desktops, laptops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure at our Priolo Gargallo site in Sicilia, Italy.
You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, install Windows OS and applications, and manage user accounts with AD/Azure AD. The role requires hands-on support, device imaging, and collaboration with network, security, and application teams.
