Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will drive Product Compliance and the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure quality, environmental, and safety performance. You will collaborate across R&D;, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed compliance into product development and procurement, maintain declarations and technical files, and monitor environmental regulations. You will implement and sustain ISO-based frameworks and lead CAPA from audits and feedback. This is a cross-functional, hybrid role with real impact on sustainability and compliance culture.

- Coordinate with R&D;, Engineering and Supply Chain to integrate compliance into product development and procurement
- Maintain up-to-date product compliance documentation (declarations of conformity, technical files) and handle customer requests related to performance and compliance
- Ensure compliance with environmental directives (WEEE, RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals)



and identify gaps and corrective actions
- Support IMS implementation and maintenance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IRIS, MID)
- Document, communicate, and enforce IMS policies and procedures; drive CAPA from audits, non-conformities, and customer feedback
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field with focus on Quality, Environmental Science, or Sustainability
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate in international teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance topics
- Proficient in MS Office tools and quality/sustainability management platforms
