The Tour Guy is seeking a charismatic leader to manage the Account Management team, driving revenue growth and partner performance across European markets. You will own targets, build rhythms, and push for category coverage and catalogue productivity.
In this role you will collaborate with Analytics, Search, Product, Merchandising, and Ops to optimize the search-to-booking funnel, improve conversion, and guide supplier negotiations. A strong track record scaling a revenue line is essential.
