Eaton Corporation in Turin (Bosconero) is seeking a Production Supervisor to organize, plan, and execute production activities. You will lead Production Facilitators across shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and HR.
The role emphasizes Lean and Continuous Improvement, leadership of teams, KPI accountability, and development of staff. Knowledge of MES/ERP systems and fluent Italian with good English are preferred.
