- and create a new, performance-first growth engine for mobile app advertisers.About The RoleAs Lead PPC Manager at Scrambly, you will own and scale paid search acquisition across Google and Microsoft Ads, building it into a stable, profitable, and automation-driven growth engine.





Google Ads is the primary channel; you will also develop and expand Microsoft Ads as a meaningful secondary source.This is a hands-on, performance-focused role with a clear path to people management.

You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign performance, architecture, conversion structure, and the value logic that drives sustainable budget growth while maintaining profitability.

As the channel scales, you will hire and lead a small team to support continued growth.You will work closely with the Head of User Acquisition as the strategic owner of paid search.
